Staying in a bed & breakfast: the Bed & Breakfast is a private home in which one or more bedrooms are made available to guests; the kitchen is for the exclusive use of the owners for the preparation of breakfast unless previously agreed upon. Since B&Bs are small family-run structures, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day as happens in hotels, therefore the guest is required to communicate the expected arrival time by telephone to the owner of the structure. Going to the facility without having advised your arrival time can cause long waits. This inconvenience cannot be a reason for complaints or claims for reimbursement.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation of the reservation can be made up to 6 days before check-in. In case of no-show or late cancellation, a penalty equal to 95% of the amount of the entire stay will be charged

Terms of payment

The balance must be paid at check-in. Possibility of payment by debit and credit card. Checks are not accepted. In cases - when provided for by the structure - of a discounted non-refundable rate, the traveler is required to make payment in advance and according to the methods indicated to conclude the booking. Payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the stay.

Conditions of stay

Check-in must be carried out from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm by prior agreement with the manager. Each guest is required to communicate the expected arrival time by telephone to the owner of the structure at least 24 hours before arrival.

Upon arrival, each guest must give the holders a valid identity document for the registrations required by current legislation. The data of our. guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.

Check-out must be carried out no later than 9.30 am. If this time is exceeded without the room having been vacated, an additional day's stay will be charged. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned.

In the case of treatment with breakfast included, breakfast will be served from 8.15 to 9.30. Please inform us of any known food intolerances and allergies.

There is a tourist tax of €0.50 per person per night, and €1 from May to October. Children under the age of 14 are excluded from the tourist tax.

CLEANING

Bathroom linen is changed every 3 days. Otherwise, by prior agreement, the cost of bed linen amounts to €7.00 per change and €4.00 for bathroom linen. The tidying up of the rooms is carried out daily unless otherwise agreed. To allow for cleaning, it is advisable to vacate the rooms by 10.30 am.

Additional cleaning of the rooms, if requested, will cost €10.00. Final cleaning is included in the price.

It is not permitted to bring other people into the rooms other than those in the room reservation unless authorized.

Please kindly check, after using the bathroom, that the water taps have been correctly closed, do not throw anything into the toilet or sink that could block the pipes. Please do not leave the lights on in the rooms when leaving the rooms. Respect for silence is required during the hours (10.00pm - 8.00am).

In any case, please maintain a behavior that at no time of the day and in any way damages the tranquility of others.

SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN INSIDE THE ROOMS AND INTERNAL COMMON AREAS, violators will be sanctioned as per current law.

Children are admitted aged 6 and over at the normal rate.

Animals: There is no possibility of hosting animals.
