B&B Santa Lucia was born in Manerba del Garda, precisely in the hamlet of Balbiana, a small picturesque village with houses from the 1400s. 
Its position is enviable: from the top of the hill on which it is perched you can enjoy a splendid lake view. 
The rooms are on the top floor of the farmhouse that closes the village with windows facing right towards the lake. 
The recently renovated structure (2017) has large and bright accommodation, all 4 rooms are equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning-heating, wi-fi and free private internal parking. 
On nice days you can take advantage of the outdoor spaces to enjoy the quiet of the surrounding nature. 
Breakfast is usually prepared on the second floor and served in your room. Breakfast is prepared by Silvia the owner who will be at your disposal to satisfy your every dietary need, allergy or intolerance.
